Kettlebell Strength & HIIT (Saturdays, 10am)

Kettlebells are a great tool for overall strength and conditioning. This class has progressions for all levels of ability and experience.

You will learn some new and unconventional movements with the Kettlebell, helping you improve Strength, Mobility, Cardiovascular Endurance & Durability.

You’ll get a challenging workout, which will be capped off with a High Intensity Interval Training segment, sure to leave you sweaty and spent. 

Warrior Workouts Steel Mace Training (Saturdays, 11am)

Steel Mace Training San FranciscoTrain like Warriors!! This class utilizes Bodyweight Movements as well as an Unconventional Training tool called the Steel Mace.

Challenge your Strength & Stamina…

Improve Core Stability & Core Strength as well as Posture all while gaining Power and Muscular Endurance.

The Steel Mace will find your weak spots and make them strong.

The class combines an Instructional and Strength portion with a cardio finisher that’s sure to test your inner warrior. This class is an exclusive class that you won’t find anywhere else in San Francisco.
